Our Programmers are ready to view your work.

Features and shorts: only full DVD Screeners will be accepted for entries!

• DVD and submitted materials will not be returned.
• Please do not send film prints master tapes or other materials.
• DVDs must be clearly labeled with the film title, running time, and contact information
  (name, address and phone-number).
• All submissions must be shipped & prepaid the latest by the 15 October 2008.

DEADLINE AND FEES:

	May 1, 2008 - Earlybird Deadline Standard Fee €30.00 Euros
	September 1, 2008 - Regular Deadline Standard Fee €50.00 Euros
	October 1, 2008 - Late Deadline Standard Fee €55.00 Euros
	October 15, 2008 - Extended Deadline Standard Fee €60.00 Euros

Under exceptional circumstances you can pay us in US $ travellers cheques but please add 5 US$ fee to cover the exchange costs.
Euro-Travellers cheques made out to R. Golden (monacofilmfest).

Ones printed, simply complete the form, mailto the address shown on the form, be sure you include a DVD Full Screener only, the appropriate entry fee and any relevant press materials. Please read the 2008 submission guidelines below prior to entering.

2008 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES –RULES & REGULATIONS
• SEND FULL DVDs
• CERTAIN ACCEPTANCE OF FILMS WHICH HAVE BEEN ALREADY RELEASED TO CINEMAS IN EUROPE OR THE US.
• WE WELCOME US, AUSTRALIAN, CANADIAN FILMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL VERSION, OTHER FILMS MUST HAVE ENGLISH SUBTITLES

SUBMISSION POINTS
• More than one entry may be submitted

SCREENERS WILL NOT BE RETURNED

ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION
• FILMMAKERS whose works are officially selected for the 2008 AFA-MIFF will be notified by the end of October 2008!

OFFICIAL SELECTION
• If your film is selected to the festival, you will be expected to provide the following additional items:
Press kit or/and promo-materials (Posters) photos of leading stars….

RETURN OF PRINTS
• Films which have participated in Monaco International Film Festival have to be returned by the same means as entered.
• The cost of the shipping agent and the transport must be paid by the Owner.

SUBJECT TO CHANGES
The organizers and associated organizers reserve the right to alter, change, amend and/or cancel any part of the festival programme.
